I hereby irrevocably grant Campbell Soup Company, its affiliates, successors, sub-licensees, agents and assigns (collectively, “Campbell”), a royalty-free license to use the social media post I’ve created, as well as the likeness, voice, name, profile image and social media handle of myself and any persons shown (collectively, “Materials”), for the purpose of advertising the Campbell product (e.g., Goldfish crackers, Snyder’s of Hanover pretzels, Pepperidge Farm baked goods, Kettle Brand Chips, Cape Cod Chips, Snack Factory Pretzel Crisps, Late July Organics, Lance crackers) (“Campbell Product”) shown in my social media post. Campbell shall be the sole owner of all right, title and interest in its end use of the Materials. I have received permission from each person contained in the Materials to agree to this license. I agree that I am not due any compensation for this use. I confirm I am 18 years of age (or the legal age of consent in my state if it’s greater than 18) or older, own all rights in the social media post, and my statements about the Campbell Product in the Materials, if any, reflect my honest and sincere opinions. I hereby expressly release Campbell from all loss or injury caused by the rights granted hereunder. I understand that I am responsible for any injury or damage that may arise out of my acts or omissions.
